Hello all,

Have had a few problems with some of my setting and was wondering if I'm the lucky one or if anyone else has this. I've noticed a few things that have been different such as my {EP} tags were missing and the map in the top right was missing along with my cross-hairs being different from the last time I was playing. Have got the tags sorted (can't seem to get the green even with doing the ^2 and all that as it duplicated my entry....?) and my map and cross hairs but don't have a clue why these things might have changed.

My XP and admin level has all remained the same and I've not had to re-install ET.

Maybe a virus from all the porn downloading....? LOL

Nothing else on my system has been affected and all my virus software is working and up-to-date.

Any ideas or advice would be great.

it happens sometimes, also binds r lost...

the best way to fix that is to do an autoexec.cfg where u write all..

on that way, even if all is lost, u just have to type /exec autoexec.cfg in console, and all is back !

for example :

//NAME SCRIPT
set names vstr names1
set names1 "seta name ^2{^0EP^2}^$A^7nKo^1U; set names vstr names2"
set names2 "seta name ^$A^7nKo^1U; set names vstr names1"

bind F7 vstr names

a script to switch between 2 names by pressing f7 (even if i allways wear my tags !)

autoexec should load when you start the game up
